Contact Us via phone, text, forms or email.
Our aim is to make sure that all missing persons are found safe, & to provide free support to those thinking about leaving home; those who have went missing; and their families.
We understand that everyone’s circumstances & requirements are different, sometimes you might just need someone to listen, sometimes you need more.
Talk to us and let’s see how we can help & support you.
If someone you know is missing, this should be reported to the Police.
When a family member or friend goes missing the impact can be far-reaching & devasting, affecting you mentally, physically & financially.
It can be a lonely experience no matter how many people you have to support you, & sometimes it can be difficult to fully express how you feel to those closest to you – we will always be here to listen:

Social media is a great way of raising the profile of a missing person - we have a large global audience, and when posts are shared it has a ‘snowball’ effect, reaching thousands of people worldwide.
In certain cases, we can assist with
some costs
associated with a missing person e.g. posters/flyers; advertisements; & travel costs if missing in a different area.
We will consider all types of costs associated with having a loved one who is missing so please
get in touch.
As we are based in Scotland, we have direct access to local Scottish records, which may not be available online, and a wide range of online resources which allow us to conduct research within the U.K. and abroad.
We have a group of experienced & knowledgeable researchers who will deal with your case in a sensitive & confidential manner & act as an intermediary between parties.
No personal information will be given to anyone without prior consent, and if necessary, we will pass along correspondence on your behalf until both parties are happy to be in direct communication.
All research services are free & you will never be asked for monies, however, in some instances where we cannot get full access to records, you may be advised to purchase certificates (e.g. Birth, Marriage, Death) which might contain information necessary to progressing with your search.
If this happens, the choice to follow advice & purchase document(s) is entirely your decision.
Sometimes it can be difficult to know what type of information you should tell us &/or include on social media posts, so we have created a
Form
to help
you provide us with the details we need for our tracing service & posts.

Please note we can only help with searches for those over the age of 18.
Also, we cannot undertake searches on behalf of birth families looking for adoptees, but we are happy to offer help & advice.
